Realclimate.org is a commentary site on climate science by actual climate scientists. They have compiled an excellent list of web-based resources to guide you through the basics of climate science to the in depth nitty gritty of scientific reports and the IPCC (The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) AR4 report.
The Pew Center on Global Climate Change produces analyses of climate science and works to keep policy makers informed on the issues. They have several printable PDF files on basic climate change information.
